MBSR is very good for 靈修. I agree to your title totally 靜觀減壓課程 - 靈修的基礎.  When we are mindful, we will be more able to listen to God and communicate with Him.

Though I have learned most of the contents before, the practice provides a very good framework of integrating them.  It definitely helps in my spiritual life.  I will be more able to listen to God and contemplate more deeply.

From lesson 5 and the full day practice, I observed myself relief much from stress, kept contact with Lord in faster way.  Certainly, I am easier to get assess into the meditation during the prayer.

MBSR的內容、方法及應有的態度是開放、不批評、有意識地去行走、食用、思考,與自己的身體建立關聯,感謝她們的辛勞。在這裡有很多發現,發現先feeling,察覺身體本身所發出的訊息,這有助先建立自我的溝通機制,才有效地與他人溝通。每次做mindful yoga walking,才知道每個細小的動作,是如此的花力氣去平衡,驚訝體力的透支也不少。Mindful eating令我覺得自己對自己的身體好差,並不愛惜,原來食物不用吃得很多也可以飽足、満全。同時也不期然地感謝預備食物的人和食物本身。與人溝通不用常硬碰,要懂得和氣。

在安靜中如何與主同在 --  先安靜,尋回自己,就會尋回天主。天主需要我們在安靜中才會聽到他的同在同行。不斷地發現自己,也不斷地發現天主。

自己的存在在於當下的一呼一吸。

曾在靜觀練習中發現自己討厭身體的限制,但持續的練習讓意識的我學習與身體相處、共存。身心較以往共融,人的彈性增加了,面對壓力的能力較以前好了一些。。

靜坐有助我進入祈禱的狀態,而思想觀察有助我默觀生活片段的回顧;這也有意料之外的收獲:明白了天主旨意的入門。

Mindful sitting supports the practices of Centering Prayer, while Mindful walking on cracked leaves can also be a spiritual activity.  There is inter-change between the ‘connection of myself’ and ‘the connection of God’.

Thank you for introduce MBSR to me.

Although I have practiced prayer frequently in my daily life for many years, MBSR helps me to be more mindful in action, work and noisy environment in daily life. It is helpful for me to be aware of contemplation in action. It is also good for me to help the other to practice prayer in silence and contemplation.

This helps me lead the SSP group better.  Originally, I want to learn how to stay calm and meditate.  At present, I can learn how to be mindfully to live my life.  I pay more attention to my inner movement and feeling inside my body and other people’s body and emotion.  With a mindful heart, I can focus on myself more and connect with God in silence.

Thx for organizing this program and it has been very helpful.  I awared that I was just being TOO energetic and therefore I experienced dilemma inside my soul.  Our heavenly Father created us in different manner indeed.  :-)

I truly feel that I am closer to Him after joining SSC, Art Journaling and SSM ! Priaise the Lord
